It would be nice to have the Introduce Singleton refactoring. Technically this 
is just a small variant of the current IntroduceFactory refactoring. There are 
two options for the UI: either to make Singleton a distinct refactoring or to 
embed it inside the IntroduceFactory (for instance having a checkbox which 
lets one specify whether she wants the Singleton variant).
