When editing a file in Eclipse (Java, text files, etc.), its name is shown in
the title bar. But when renaming the file through refactoring, the name in the
title bar do not change as it would be expected.

The window title bar is updated by Platform/UI. Moving...

I think this is the same as 53789 and 71456. It is also related to 71454.
