Description Billy Biggs CLA 2004-06-13 11:36:22 EDT
3.0-RC2

When the 'Workspace Launcher' dialog pops up, my keyboard focus is starting in
the read-only text widget of the wizard and not in the Workspace text entry. I
must hit tab before I can type in a new workspace location.
Comment 1 Tod Creasey CLA 2004-06-14 08:34:13 EDT
Andrew the default focus is always to the first child of the shell if it is
unspecified. You should set it to the text widget.
Comment 2 Andrew Eidsness CLA 2004-06-14 08:38:50 EDT
The fix for this should be done as the same time as bug 65017.
Comment 3 Michael Van Meekeren CLA 2004-06-15 10:41:45 EDT
The OK button should be the default button, and the focus should be on the
Text Or Browse, whichever is the more likely choice.
Comment 4 Andrew Eidsness CLA 2004-07-15 10:04:15 EDT
Fix submitted to HEAD for 3.1, I don't think this is needed in 3.0.1.

The fix explicitly puts the focus on the text widget. This allows the user to
select among their commonly used workspaces with just the arrows and to enter a
different workspace by just starting to type.
