Views that are docked have the ability to be collapsed down to their title bar
by selecting Minimize.  It would be very useful if that ability were provided
for floating views as well.

It would be nice if this same functionality could be achieved by double clicking
the title bar of the detached window (which currently does nothing). I think
that's a pretty intuitive way of shading the views, since it's used in linux and
various windows apps that contain inner windows.

Once we get sash container behavior in DW's we'll have to supply trim areas so that min/max works...

In Kepler you can minimize a stack in a DW...
