See bug 37667, the comment 10 notes that not all items in this bug have been 
fixed.

This bug has been opened to track the still needed.  Such as investigating 
Help cues, a cue for mandatory/optional fields and a further systematic pass 
though the UI to improve its affordances.

I think with the help button and field assist changes, we're looking good here for 3.2.
