RC1

- Dual monitor setup, detach a view (e.g. hierarchy view) and move it to the
second monitor
- Open the hierarchy history
   -> dialog opens on screen contiaing the workbench window

Seems to be the case for all views
- dialogs that can be opened from a view menu, toolbar, property menu ect.

Stefan is there any way to determine that a detached view is the focus shell? 
Right now it is taking it from the active workbench window.
