The Inline-Editing e.g. Rename at the Project navigator is displayed wrong. Parts of the text isn't shown 
like in the attached screenshot. may be because the text control is created to small.

I use Eclipse 3.0 M8 and MacOSX 10.3.

fixed in builds after 0413 (includes M9).
