If a plugin provides an own perspective and implements IPerspectiveFactory, it should be possible to influence the position of sticky views (like the Cheatsheet View). Background: Implementors of perspectives have some views/editors to put on the available area. There is usually a preferable arrangement and sizing of these views/editors. Perspective implementors may be interested in including views like the Cheatsheets View, but they lose then control of much of the screen area.
