Folding does not seem to work very well with Cut & Paste. It is not possible 
to cut a region that contains a folding marker and paste it at some other 
position including the hidden text.

Actually this seems to be fixed. But there are still similar usability problems:
For example the "Move Line" (Alt-Up/Down) on a folded line first expands the
folding and doesn't move it along.

Move line is covered by 62874.
