Problem: The viewports all have an area containing little buttons for maximizing 
and minimizing the viewport. 
If one collapses the lefthand viewport (which normally contains the Package 
Explorer), the viewport is rolled up to the top. This means: no screen real 
estate is won.

Wish: The lefthand viewport should not collapse to the top, but instead be 
rolled up to the left. Thus, a large amount of screen real estate could be 
saved.
