Build I200405140800

I scheduled a CVS scyn to happen every half hour and left my machine running 
for the weekend. When I checked the Progress view on Monday, there were a 
large number of entries for finished jobs. I pressed the Remove All Finished 
Tasks button and it flashed and flickered for tens of seconds. It looked like 
it was deleting the entries one at a time and repainting the view in between.
