Selecting fonts like Courier New displays English correctly, but all Chinese 
fonts are displayed in Kai, which is very hard to read if size <12. Especially 
in java Editor.

Please revert it back to default to Ming for Chinese fonts.

You have to set the default font to Ming in this case (instead of courier). I 
don't have control over which font will be selected by the font substitution 
code (it's going to be the first one that contains all the necessary glyphs).

If I release the fix for bug63571 chinese fallback fonts will change to  
SimSum, MS PGothic. Is it better ?

I don't know, I would need to test the code in T-Chinese Windows... which I 
don't have in our lab.

Jiawei, according to Fuse-san (Bug#63793) this bug is fixed in the current 
nightly build.  Could you verify it ? Thanks.
