Using the latest integration build (apr 28, 2004)

My dual monitor is setup so
- my primary monitor is to the right
- my secondary monitor is to the left
So all coordinates on the secondary monitor are negative (because 0,0 is the 
top left corner of my primary monitor).

I open a jave editor in a workbench window in my secondary monitor (and 
workbench window is maximized). When I place my mouse pointer over a problem 
marker in the editor ruler, the tooltip that pops up is off the screen (to the 
left) and cannot be read.
