- I made changes to my schema doc file for an extension point in Runtime
- opened the plugin.xml file for Resources
- noticed that there were no "warning" icons telling me I had a problem
- forced a save on the plugin.xml by adding a space
- warning icon appeared

I would expect the schema builder to update problem markers on plugin.xml files
who are extending the extension points defined in the plug-in whose schema I am
changing.
