If I add a new file editor teh icon doesn't show up

Windows->preferences
Workbench->File editor
Select *.xml, click add assciated editor
seelct external programs
IMPORTANT: click browse and select an executable with a different icon
do not chose the one in teh list

if you chose the one in teh list, teh icon will come with, if you select the 
same executable using browse, the icon will not

used to work in previous builds
