I really like the updates with the current Eclipse! This is a suggestion to make fixing errors much easier. From the problems tab, you can current right-click on an error/warning in the table and for some errors you get a "quick-fix" selection. Awesome! This really helps. If I select 2 or more of the same type of errors in this table, the quick-fix option is disabled. I had some code I was cleaning up and I turned on some additional error-checking, which generated hundreds of errors. I had to quick-fix them one-at-a-time, when I wanted to quick-fix all of them at once. This took quite a while and my mouse-clicking finger got rather fatigued. They were errors like extra semicolons, unnecessary cast or instanceof. These quick-fixes are very obvious, and the ability to quick-fix a set of them would be great. I would limit this that the set of selected errors/warnings should all be the same error/warning type to allow the quick-fix to be enabled for the set.
