Summary: DBCS:Error Message window popup when Tear off Properties View of 
UML2's Model 

Steps to recreate problem:

1. Select the Window > Open Perspective > Resource menu item.

2. Select the File > New > Project... menu item.

3. Select the Project wizard from the Simple category and press the Next > 
button.

4. Enter <NLprojectName> for the project name and press the Finish button.

5. Select the <NLprojectName> project in the Navigator view and select the File 
> New > Other... menu item.

6. Select the UML2 Model wizard from the Example EMF Model Creation Wizards 
category and press the Next > button.

7. Enter <NLmodelFileName>.uml2 for the file name and press the Next > button.

8. Press the Next > button.

9. Select Model  for the model object and UTF-8 for XML Encoding and press the 
Finish button.

10.Select the Window > Show View > Properties menu item.

11.Select the Model element in the <NLmodelFileName>.uml2 editor.

    Even move the properties view, the error window will popup. But this 
problem only occured when you move the view first time. And if you reset the 
perspective, the problem will still exist.
