Previous description was wrong.  The attachment is source for a Win32 Mozilla
port of the swt browser widget.

This is no longer a duplicate of bug #57477

I just voted for this.  I think it's necessary to have an alternative to
internet exploder for swt apps.  IE leaks security too much for me to be
comfortable to recommend to my clients.
