build I20040407

- in the windows appearance settings, choose Windows Standard as the theme
- select the titlebar colour and choose dark blue for both Color and Color 2
- start Eclipse
- the active tab is illegible because it uses black text on dark blue background

colours changed in r3.0, please re-open if still an issue.

actually this was fixed in R3.0, changing milestone...
