Pressing shift+alt+R just opens the "Run menu" in the menu bar instead of triggeing the renaming edit.
Using the context menu "Refactor->Rename" just does absolutely nothng. The context menu just closes.

This behavior apeared new after last update and is damn annoying as it is one of the most used code editing functions.
