The JUnit and PDE workspaces use a couple of default values for the location of the workspace.

If the user doesn't like this workspace, they can change it, but only after it has been created. Further, 
running with a workspace in a different location, if a single test needs to be run (with Run As Plugin 
JUnit Test) then it cannot be selected because it will default to the original workspace location.

A preference pane in Plugin Development Environment to allow the default location of JUnit tests to be 
changed would fix this problem.
