When releasing a file to CVS we remember the last comment you entered. It would 
be nice to remember a history of n comments and present them either in a pull-
down combo or some other fashion.

It is often required when two different changes are commited.
It is much easier to just select the correct comment for each file than
to find out what kind of change each file has, and commit them in two phases.
