Summary: GB18030: Java class file can not be displayed in Java editor correctly.

Steps to recreate problem:
1-Start Eclipse;
2-Click menu "File"->"New"->"Project";
3-Select Java Project , press "Next>" button;
4-Input "JavaTest" in Project Name field, press "Finish" button;
5-Click File->New->Class;
6-Using unicode IME press "0f5c" in the class name input box;
7-Click OK, then you will find Java Editor does not display the java class file 
correctly.

Error:  Java class file can not be displayed in Java Editor correctly.

Expected Result: Java class file can be displayed in Java Editor correctly.

Remark:  This problem does not occur in RHEL 3 WS and Windows 2003.

Java Source file

If you have problem to create the java class I mentioned previously, you can
use the attached java file , it contains Tibet character "0f5c"(Unicode). You
can use Menu "File"->"Open Extenal File..."  to load this java file into Java
Editor.
