Eclipse launcher is currently built with macOS 10.12 SDK. We should build it with macOS 10.14 SDK. 
It think it'll help in better theming support. Also, the behaviour of base SDK and child SDK will be closer.

Question - does this explain why some Mac issues only show up when our RCP app is launched from Eclipse but not when the RCP app is deployed? Example Bug 568383
