tooltip is empty

when debug springboot project, variable tooltip is always empty,but Actually, the tooltip has content, you need to click on the blank space with the mouse to display it

I tried eclipse 2020-06, 2020-09 and 2020-12 M2 (4.18.0 M2), all have these problems, 

btw, I remembered it was fine before upgrading to macOS big sur 11.0.1
