Using 3.0M8 on Windows 2000, I have encountered atleast 2 views that can not be
resized when added as fast views.  The CVS Repositories view and the Problems
view.  Previous build would allow mw to add them as fast views AND allow me to
control how wide they are.  However, in 3.0M8 I can only control their
respective height.  Which is in contrast to the Navigator and Package Explorer
for which I CAN control the width, but not the height.  WTF??  Why one over the
other?  Ideally I would like to do both since I don't want the fast view popping
out so wide or tall that it blocks other views with information I might need
while using the fast view.
