Please install the latest EA JDK 16 build from openJDK on JIRO.

We also need to update Maven toolchain to use Java 16.

/opt/tools/java/openjdk/jdk-16/latest now points to the latest JDK 16 EA build (16-ea+16).

The Maven toolchain already contains JDK 16.
