In the I-build I20200916-0410
org.eclipse.jdt.ui.tests AutomatedSuite is not running
as shown below

this is the same issue which is also causing the Gerrit failures of jdt.ui

Kalyan, please check if you can reproduce it locally. 

If so, check the changes that went in for merge in this test plugin. Revert and reintroduce them to see the problem.

Otherwise, could be some config problem. Compare with Y build test config and results if it was working there.
