Some of the OT/J samples have compile errors with current compiler version.

All should be configured to use OTDRE.

Changes made:
+ configure projects to use OTDRE
+ re-open samples plugin
+ add "--add-reads" arguments to some launches (some newly provided)

(compile errors were resolved via bug 569756).

With this all examples run out of the box on JRE 14.
