Hi,

whenever I navigate the eclipse.org homepage I can see the message "Unable to connect to the database server at this time"

This also prevents me from downloading the .zip file since the download page only displays this error message twice.

This is definitely a blocker as it prevents from any download using the https://www.eclipse.org/downloads/download.php? download service.
