if you trigger the "Properties" action (File > Properties) e.g. on a project explorer node that does not provide any property pages a dialog is shown telling the user that there are not property pages for the selection. If that selection cannot be adapted to "IWorkbenchAdapter" the name of the selection cannot be determined and you get

"No property pages for ." 

In this edge case we should simply say:
"No property pages"
