The following tests are failing in new infrastructure

1. testDirtyLogSize
2. testJarSign
3. testComparatorLogSize

Here is the analysis. 

1. testDirtyLogSize: In new infra we don't generate a dirty log now. Since we fetch source every time, dirty log is not necessary anymore. So disabling this test

2. testJarSign: This test is looking for unsigned bundles report at a wrong place. need to correct that

3. testComparatorLogSize: Empty comparator sige is increased due to encoding change. Will update the test with correct size
