This is expected. Gerrit manages it's own authentication cookies/sessions even if it uses our global authentication store during the login process. As such it requires a 'separate' login, even if you've already logged in to accounts.eclipse.org . We are working on deploying an Oauth service which should allow us to provide a more consistent 'login once, use anywhere at eclipse.org' experience. -M.
