LHS: Panel before closing | RHS: Panel after re-opening.

Scroll pane on the left hand size of the properties panel becomes stuck whenever the panel is closed and re-opened. Seems to get stuck on the item that was last selected in said panel.

Cannot reproduce on Linux, most likely a Mac issue in SWT. Moving to SWT.

It was caused by new behavior on macOS10.15 and is fixed in 4.15 via Bug 558584
