Not sure if it should target 4.14. I have created the marketplace entry for 4.15 at the following location, since I think that is the minimum requirement for the underlying patch build:

I verified that the MP entry appears in the client and the correct update site is used. However, the installation is blocked by the issue I just reported in bug 551486, comment #14
