JUnit 5.5.2 was released on September 8, 2019

I prefer to move JDT to JUnit 5.6 when it is released, as requested by the JUnit team in https://github.com/junit-team/junit5/issues/2028.

Bug 545849 had a different cause and users should already be able to use JUnit 5.5.2 after that fix.
