- Runtime, SWT, UI and Text in source
- rest imported as binaries
- Project > Clean... > Clean all projects > OK
- there is no immediate feedback
- a while later, cursor changes to a busy cursor
- it takes a while -- for my workspace it took around 10 secs

Patch to CleanDialog.java

Proposed fix.  Clean should not take long, but of course it can conflit with
long running background operations.  Of all people I should have known better!
I have changed it to use the IProgressService which displays a busy indicator
and will show a dialog if blocked by background operations.

originally released it.
