Pressing Ctrl+F6 (or my custom keybinding Alt+`) and repeating F6 (`) doesn't
cycle through the editors list. After pressing F6 the first time, the list opens
but doesn't react on consecutive keystrokes.

Doug, not sure if this is a key bindings problem in the dialog or an 
EditorMgmt issue.  Please reassign if necessary.
