The editor chooser does not allow you to cycle through the entries with the 
keyboard anymore. This is also an issue for Ctrl+F7 and F8

STEPS
1) Hit Ctrl+F6 without releasing keys
2) Editor chooser pops up
3) Hit F6 again to cycle
4) Chooser is closed.

Same on Linux/GTK in I20040324-0800

For me it doesn't immediately close when I hit F6,F7, or F8 the second time, but
it does fail to cycle through the rest of the list (I can only toggle to the
single most recently used view/editor/perspective).
