After the installation of jdk 13, the new JDK paths have not been updated in https://build.eclipse.org/common/maven-toolchains.xml

This has caused 4.13 I build to fail.
Please update this on urgent basis.

The JDK paths did not change, but a symlink needed to be updated. This caused the build to fail.

Please retry.
