This also shows up in the Workbench's toolbar, Package Explorer toolbar.  
Chris, is this just a couple of icons that need some tweaking?  If not please 
feel free to reassign.

the problem here is that we were experimenting with relying on the platform
default behavior for the 'disabled' state. the design team had requested that
they did not ship icons specifically generated with the disabled state, this
screenshot proves that they need to..

screenshots like these (and further commentary on the 'disabled' state question
can be found at bug 53617..)
