eclipse ram consumption from mac os activity viewer

I use:

Eclipse IDE for Enterprise Java Developers.

Version: 2019-06 (4.12.0)

for Mac OS with JDK 12.

The vmargs of eclipse.ini:

But after using eclipse for a while I watched the RAM consumption and it was often very high. My machine only has 16 GB RAM, but the mac os activity viewer shows that Eclipse uses more than 50 GB RAM:
