Description Kit Lo CLA 2019-07-02 17:49:38 EDT
Received the following messages when connecting from babel server to github.com:

--2019-07-02 16:30:38-- https://github.com/eclipse/gef/archive/master.zip
Resolving github.com... 192.30.253.113
Connecting to github.com|192.30.253.113|:443... connected.
OpenSSL: error:1407742E:SSL routines:SSL23_GET_SERVER_HELLO:tlsv1 alert protocol version
Unable to establish SSL connection.

I believe the connection worked a few releases back.

This should work now. The old server had old SSL libraries that were not compatible with modern ciphers. New server is, new.

Kit, can you confirm?

Assuming fixed.
