Example of corrupted text

See attached screenshot. When side scrolling in a text window (Java code or console), the text is not fully redrawn, so it appears corrupted. The text goes back to normal (redrawn) if the window is vertically scrolled, Eclipse loses or gains focus, or the text is selected. This happens with a fresh workspace and no changes to Eclipse (additional plugins or altered configuration). I also tried with different fonts (Menlo, AppleSystemUIFont, and Andale Mono) and sizes, all result in this problem. I have not tried alternate JDKs or operating systems.
Running OpenJDK 10.0.2 on MacOS 10.14.5

Probably fixed in the next integration build which should finish in a few hours.
