Created attachment 279068 [details] Screenshot showing text overflowing Text overflows from a left side panel (CDT Outline) panel into the main text editor. See attached screenshot. This goes away when scrolling the editor window, but reappears when the left panel refreshes. I've only noticed this recently after I had upgraded to Fedora 30 from 29 (the eclipse install is standalone, not via RPMs), so it may not be an Eclipse bug as such, but I've only noticed this issue in Eclipse. Please provide your GTK3 version, and if you are on Wayland or not. Just attach here dump from Help -> About -> Installation Details -> Configuration.

Thanks for pointing out that it's a GTK 3.24.9 bug. In case anyone else comes across this issue, I've worked around it on Fedora 30 by running: dnf downgrade gtk3-3.24.8
