Image of the Network Connections Preference Page

Where it occurs:
Window -> Preferences -> Network Connections

[Proxy Entries Table]
- All of the columns should be directly editable by double-clicking and inputting their values
    - Authorization (Auth) column should have a combo box with "Yes" and "No" as possible values
    - Provider column should probably have a combo box with "Manual" and "Automatic" as possible values

- Right-clicking on a row should give a context menu which allows the user to clear the row. It is not immediately apparent that the "Clear" button only affects the currently selected row; thus, the user might hesitate to click it (fearing that they might delete all proxy entries).

[Proxy Bypass Table]
- Host column should be directly editable by double-clicking and inputting their values
- [Question]: Is the "Provider" column editable? ("Manual" seems to be the default value for Provider, and I cannot modify it)

We tried that before and ran into lots of problems (you might find related bugs).
