Image of the Hyperlinking preferences page, to make the bug description more clear

Where it occurs:
Preferences -> General -> Editors -> Text Editors -> Hyperlinking

- Currently, to change a modifier key, the user must click on a row in the table, select on the "Modifier keys for selected detector" text box and enter the modifier key
- Instead, they should be able to double click on a cell in the "Modifier Keys" column of the table and be able to input the modifier key (either through keyboard input or with a dropdown/combo box of accepted modifier keys)
