Where it occurs:
Preferences -> General -> Editors -> Keys

- Should be able to double click on the "binding" column and be able to directly input the key binding
- Should be able to double click on the "when" and "category" columns and have a dropdown of all valid input values appear in the selected table cell

We tried that before and ran into lots of problems (you might find related bugs).
