Where it occurs: Preferences -> General -> Editors -> Text Editors → Annotations The widgets on the Annotations page are not alligned to the right side of the window, and thus can be cut off from the viewable area if the window isin't sized appropriately.

Aligning to the right side would be wrong.

Dani, it would be really helpful if you also explain "why" with such comments. :) Andrew, the proposal to align to the right is wrong from UX perspective as it would make it hard to read and not fit with the anything else. With that said the proposal is not fine but the page itself is broken so we have to fix that. In some places (e.g. Keys) we have list to select and modifying buttons are below the list and adjusting this preference page to look like it will probably make it look better. P.S Andrew, please adjust the bug summary to be about fixing page layout without being concrete about how so it can be negotiated and adjusted in the bug.

Understood, I will modify the bug summary accordingly and look into other ways to fix the page.
