Update bundle versions for jdt.ui changes in respective jdt.ui bundles. 

Update minimum bundle version requirements on org.eclipse.jdt.core in jdt.ui bundles.

Also, update minimum version of required plug-in dependencies for org.eclipse.jdt.core and org.eclipse.jdt.ui in org.eclipse.jdt.astview and org.eclipse.jdt.jeview.
